Greek Yogurt Parfait

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1/2 cup granola

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • A sprinkle of chia seeds or nuts (optional, for extra crunch)


  1. In a bowl or glass, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.

  2. Drizzle half of the honey or maple syrup over the yogurt.

  3. Add a layer of 1/4 cup granola.

  4. Place 1/4 cup of mixed berries on top of the granola.

  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, honey, granola, and berries.

  6. Top with a sprinkle of chia seeds or nuts for added texture and nutrients.

  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate if you prefer it chilled.
