Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
A sprinkle of chia seeds or nuts (optional, for extra crunch)
Instructions:
In a bowl or glass, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
Drizzle half of the honey or maple syrup over the yogurt.
Add a layer of 1/4 cup granola.
Place 1/4 cup of mixed berries on top of the granola.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, honey, granola, and berries.
Top with a sprinkle of chia seeds or nuts for added texture and nutrients.
