  • 1/2 head of cauliflower, coarsely chopped

  • 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic

  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

  2. Use a food processor to pulse the cauliflower until shredded.

  3. Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 15 minutes. Let it cool in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

  4. Mix the cooled cauliflower with cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly incorporated.

  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press into a pizza crust shape.

  6. Bake until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
