Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 lemon, juice and zest
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, arrange the salmon and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and zest, dill, garlic, and honey in a bowl.
Once the salmon is done, let it rest for a few minutes.
Serve the salmon with the lemon dill sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
Enjoy your meal!
