Baked Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 lemon, juice and zest

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

  3. In a baking dish, arrange the salmon and drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and zest, dill, garlic, and honey in a bowl.

  6. Once the salmon is done, let it rest for a few minutes.

  7. Serve the salmon with the lemon dill sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
