  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice

  • 2-3 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A pinch of salt


  1. Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

  2. Add the cocoa powder, milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mousse is too thick, add a little more milk until you reach the desired consistency.

  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.

  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with a garnish of your choice, such as fresh fruit, grated chocolate, or whipped cream.
