Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk of your choice
2-3 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
Add the cocoa powder, milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mousse is too thick, add a little more milk until you reach the desired consistency.
Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with a garnish of your choice, such as fresh fruit, grated chocolate, or whipped cream.
